The fastest way to reach Nestdusk is [email protected]. Every page on this site is written and maintained by Wendy, and that address reaches her directly. We aim to reply within a few working days.
Spotted a mistake?
Please tell us. Prices, stock and specifications change constantly, and a number that was right when a page was published can be wrong a month later. If you send us the page and what is incorrect, we will check it against the manufacturer or retailer and correct the page - and where the correction is substantive, the page records that it was updated.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the address above with "privacy request" in the subject line. Nestdusk collects as little as possible; the details of what we do and do not keep are in the privacy policy.
For brands, retailers and agencies
We are happy to hear about products that fit the five categories we cover, and we welcome review units, specification sheets and press information. Three things we will not do, because they would break the promise the rest of this site makes:
- We do not sell reviews, scores, rankings or placement. A product cannot pay to appear or to score well.
- We do not let a manufacturer see or approve a review before it is published.
- We do not remove a criticism because a brand is unhappy with it. We will correct a genuine factual error, and we will say that we did.
We do take part in affiliate programmes, which is how the site is funded. That relationship pays us a commission on sales, never for coverage - the distinction matters and is explained in full in our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell products and cannot process orders, track deliveries, or handle warranty claims. For anything to do with an order, the retailer or manufacturer you bought from is the right place to ask.
